Go to epicoreta buy iron for cheap. Go to omor buy furs and leather. Go to the marutath trifrcta cities sell silk and iron but not all, just to make good profit. Buy wood. Go to orcs hall and pavarend. Sell silk (very high profits usually) and iron and sometimes fur. Buy jewellery (sometimes cheap in here).
MEDICINE: Really the best way to level this is to have a bunch of wounded troops, set your companion as your party medic, and wait in town to heal the troops. Making money: There is lots of info on smithing $$ out there. That's the best way to make money in the early game. For sustainable finances later in the game, assess your garrisons.
